Bentley University's rebrand requires a new look and feel across the hundreds of websites and web-based branding initiatives under the www.bentley.edu umbrella. Working with key stakeholders in various departments across the University, Bentley's new brand is reflected in style, voice and hierarchy—and documented in a "Digital Engagement Guidelines" reference manual. Additionally, the site is built responsively with mobility in mind, through a process that includes both the creation of new web pages as well as retrofitting older pages to accomodate new specifications. The mobile site is fitted with new icons and navigation for clarity and ease of use. The homepage incorporates a new CMS-derived news feed alongside promotional areas.

The site is updated on a cyclical academic year basis, working hand-in-hand with departmental and office leaders, an Information Architect, and a Drupal development team.</description>
